Return and Refund Policy

Eligible Returns

  1. We offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement jersey, if it has obvious damage not identified during our quality control inspection (Restrictions Apply) within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. We offer a full refund or replacement if the package is lost, or if the jersey is seized by customs when custom insurance is purchased.
  3. We offer a refund or replacement if the jersey is damaged during shipping with clear evidence provided within 3 days of the delivery date.
  4. We offer a full refund or replacement if the wrong jersey or size is sent.
  5. We offer a partial or full refund or replacement if the package is confirmed stolen after investigation by the delivery company.

No Refunds or Exchanges Accepted

  1. All jerseys are custom-made to order. Therefore, no refunds or returns will be accepted for non-quality-related issues. Please be aware of this policy before making your purchase.
  2. No refunds will be granted for orders in transit, lost packages with confirmed delivery, or wrong sizes ordered by the customer.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect shipping addresses or lost packages after confirmed delivery to the provided address.
  4. No refunds or returns will be processed for reasons unrelated to product quality after the order has been fulfilled.
  5. Delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping timeframe do not qualify for refunds.
  6. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs due to failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.

Eligible Orders/Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before we begin printing the jerseys for your order.
  • Please ensure you select the correct size by referring to the SIZE GUIDE on our product page. If you’re unsure, you can request an insole measurement by leaving a note with your order at checkout.
  • For eligible returns, we will cover return shipping costs within a specified budget. Please select an economical shipping agent, as we can cover up to USD 30-40 per return based on standard shipping rates.
